Limited Warranty Information

Limited Warranty Custom PCs by geleem warrants all full systems against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of the first consumer purchase. Furthermore, we will repair or replace at our option, the system and any of its parts that fail to conform to this warranty during the term of this warranty. We may replace or repair the product using new or refurbished parts. All replaced parts become the property of Custom PCs by geleem. Custom PCs by geleem liability under this limited warranty shall in no event exceed the lesser of the cost of (1) authorized repairs (2) replacement with similar features (3) reimbursement for authorized repairs or replacement or (4) the price you, the original purchaser, paid for the product. All warranty repairs must be performed by Custom PCs by geleem.

Obligations of Owner The original dated purchase receipt must be retained as proof of purchase and presented to Custom PCs by geleem before warranty services will be rendered. In order to obtain warranty service, the product must be delivered to Custom PCs by geleem and include a detailed description of the problem. This should be shipped in the original box or equivalent (to avoid shipping damage). The repaired product will be returned to the owner, freight prepaid.

Exclusions This Limited Warranty does not cover the repair of cracked, scratched, broken or modified plastics or other cosmetic damage; parts that have been altered, defaced or removed; or CRT scratches. This Limited Warranty does not apply to repairs or replacement necessitated by any cause beyond the control of the company including, but not limited to, any malfunction, defects or failures which in the opinion of the company are caused by or resulting from unauthorized service or parts, improper maintenance, operation contrary to furnished instructions, shipping or transit accidents, modification or repair by user, abuse, misuse, neglect, accident, fire, flood, or other acts of God, incorrect line voltage and normal wear and tear. This Limited Warranty does not apply to damage that occurs during unpacking, setup, or installation: removal of the Product for repair: or reinstallation of the Product after repair. The foregoing is in lieu of all other express warranties and the Company does not assume or authorize any party to assume for it any obligations or liability. This Limited Warranty may not be changed by any person, agency, distributor, dealer, or company, without prior written authority from the company. At Custom PCs by geleem's discretion a labor charge may be assessed on products returned for Limited Warranty repairs in which no fault is found. The duration of any warranties which may be implied by law (including the warranties of merchantability and fitness) is limited to the term of this Limited Warranty. In no event shall the company be liable for lost profits, incidental of consequential damages arising from ownership or use of this product, or for any delay in the performance of its obligations under this Limited Warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts and/or do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. Consequently, the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to all purchasers. This Limited Warranty gives specific legal rights, and the original purchaser may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
